In this role, you'll be the welcoming face of our Vienna office, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors. Your responsibilities will include mail management, keeping an open ear to inquiries or concerns, and ensuring our invoice system, travel management, and office supplies are well maintained.

The minimum salary for this position is 2,968.00 EUR gross per month based on full-time employment (38.5 hours/week). However, we are willing to pay above this amount, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
