Senior Copywriter

Your Responsibilities

At Meister, we're crafting the future of productivity tools, and you will be the voice behind our brand and products! As our Senior Copywriter (f/m/d), you'll be a vital part of our Content & Design team within the Marketing organization, influencing both our marketing efforts and product experience. Your main mission? Crafting engaging web and UX copy that grabs attention and makes our audience love using our products even more.

What Makes You Special

5+ years' experience. Your experience in UX writing, copywriting, or content design, honed your craft to perfection.
Conversion genius. You have a track record of improving conversion rates across the customer journey, preferably in SaaS or B2B markets.
Language skills. You are a native English speaker. Additional native-level German language skills are a plus.
Marketing mastery. You're familiar with content marketing best practices and growth marketing strategies, enabling you to craft copy that converts.
Product principles. You've worked closely with Product teams on user interviews, optimizing processes and enhancing the user experience through UX copywriting, driving activation and retention.
Project management skills. You are good at prioritizing and managing multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Customer empathy. You have a thorough understanding of user-centered design principles and strive to help users with an ability to discover their true needs.
Entrepreneurial spirit. You're not just a writer; you're a proactive, self-driven individual who takes ownership of their projects and drives them to success.
Communication skills. You bring outstanding written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to convey complex ideas effectively to stakeholders and audiences.
