Your Responsibilities
At Meister, we're committed to enhancing our performance culture by supporting and developing our team. As a Learning and Development Intern (f/m/d), you will foster an environment where excellence is the norm and team engagement is paramount.

In this role, you will shape our training and development initiatives, ensuring our team thrives. You will identify training needs, plan our onboarding program, and use data-driven insights to drive professional growth and satisfaction. You will also set up and analyze our engagement surveys to maintain a motivated team. By collaborating with various stakeholders on People & Culture projects, including DEIB, you will promote our performance culture. Sounds exciting? Then we’d love to hear from you!
What Makes You Special
  • Learning and Development Specialist. You bring first experiences in a People/HR role with a focus on learning and development, talent development, or similar areas.
  • Bachelor’s degree. You’ve graduated or are about to graduate in Psychology, Business Education or similar. 
  • Strategic and Creative Thinker. You are innovative and strategic, passionate about delivering meaningful, memorable experiences that drive employee engagement and development.
  • Data-Driven Analyst. You excel in using data-driven approaches to analyze data, generate insights, and make informed decisions that enhance learning and development initiatives.
  • Company Culture Enthusiast. You have a keen understanding of the company atmosphere and vibe, intuitively adapting to and enhancing the workplace culture.
  • Empathetic Collaborator. You possess strong interpersonal skills, thrive on collaboration with different stakeholders, and are adept at providing constructive feedback.
  • Project and Program Manager. You have first experiences in project and program management, demonstrating strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to keep multiple tasks and projects on track.
  • Effective Communicator. You have exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging effectively and credibly, both verbally and in writing, with all management levels.
  • Diversity and Inclusion Advocate. You actively contribute to People & Culture projects, including Diversity & Inclusion, and are committed to fostering a strong performance culture.
