Your Responsibilities

From the first data point to the execution of new strategies - Pricing & Packaging at Meister is a key player in our growth. As our Senior Pricing & Packaging Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our pricing strategies and ensuring their successful execution across our product portfolio. With your keen eye for user and product data, you can draw the right conclusions and suggest innovative solutions for our pricing plans.

What Makes You Special

Data Proficiency. You have excellent analytical skills and expertise with B2B SaaS usage & monetization metrics and can autonomously drive best practices. Familiarity with pricing analytics & data analysis tools such as Looker, SQL knowledge, and dashboard tools is a plus.
Innovation Hunger. You're eager to pitch your ideas to Product & Commercial Leads. You can translate an opportunity into business value and enjoy being a sparring partner in innovative discussions.
Pricing Strategy Development & Validation. You are experience in developing and validating pricing and packaging initiatives through quant and qual research or testing, becoming a strategic advisor to the executive team on P&P.
Best-in-Class Operations. You can break down strategic objectives and bring them on the road to execution. Previous experience in Project or Product Management is a plus!
Pricing & Packaging in B2B environments. You bring experience in leading the implementation of pricing and packaging changes for B2B products, ideally with PLG & PLS motions.
Business Acumen. You have a deep understanding of business principles and implications of pricing & packaging decisions on revenue and profitability. Experience with companies monetizing through product-led-growth & product-led-sales motions is a plus.
Communication Skills. You bring effective communication skills for clear and consistent communication to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Collaboration. You have experience in leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with Product, Marketing, Sales, Legal teams in an agile software development process.
