DevOps Engineer (f/m/d)

Your Responsibilities
Are you passionate about delivering high quality software and increased business value? Do you have a wide-ranging knowledge of both development and operations? Then this is the role for you! As a DevOps Engineer you will be part of our platform team, where you will be responsible for maintaining and evolving our current Google cloud platform for the MindMeister and MeisterTask productivity tools. You will automate deployment processes, optimize monitoring and cloud infrastructure, monitor cloud costs, and improve performance and availability. You will also set up new security processes and keep our internal IT processes running smoothly. Think you have what it takes? We’d love to hear from you!
What Makes You Special
  • Proven track record. You have experience with Linux server maintenance and configuration management, familiarity with Ansible, Github, Puppet/Chef is a plus.
  • Experience with OOP languages. You are familiar with Ruby on Rails, Elixir, Javascript/Node.
  • Containerization experience. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm is a plus.
  • Shell scripting experience. Familiarity with Python is a plus.
  • Google Cloud platform know-how. You have experience with Load Balancer, Platform.
  • Proactive mindset. Your curiosity, resourcefulness and ability to solve problems quickly and independently help drive us on.
  • Language skills. You have excellent written and spoken English. 
  • Team spirit. Your outstanding skills in organization and communication don’t just fit Meister: they make us better.
