Automation Specialist (f/m/d)

Permanent employee, Full-time · Wien, Österreich (Remote)

Your Responsibilities
We’ve got the ambition – and you’ve got the automation skills to supercharge how we work! As our Automation Specialist (f/m/d), you’ll play a key role in shaping and scaling automation and AI across the company. From building workflow automations to designing smart internal tools, your work will help teams move faster, reduce manual work, and focus on what matters most.
You’ll split your time between driving our company-wide automation strategy and embedding directly with teams to identify and implement high-impact solutions. If you’re passionate about turning complexity into simplicity — and love seeing your work make a difference across the entire business — this role is for you!
What Makes You Special
  • 5+ Years’ Experience. You’ve worked in automation, operations, or technical consulting roles, where you’ve led end-to-end automation projects across multiple business functions.
  • Automation Expertise. You have hands-on experience with tools like Zapier, Make, and n8n. You’re comfortable working with no-code platforms, APIs, and scripting to design and build automations that are robust, maintainable, and scalable across teams.
  • Process Optimization. You’ve mapped out complex business processes and designed thoughtful automation solutions that reduce manual work, eliminate inefficiencies, and scale with the business.
  • AI-Powered Solutions. You’ve used tools like OpenAI, Claude, and Perplexity to build practical AI solutions — from content generation and summarization to internal copilots and data enrichment. You know how to evaluate use cases, prototype quickly, and turn ideas into real impact.
  • Strategic Vision. You’ve defined or contributed to company-wide automation and AI strategies — setting standards, selecting tools, and building enablement resources that empower others to automate confidently.
  • Team Integration. You enjoy working closely with diverse teams (like Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market etc.), learning their day-to-day workflows, and identifying opportunities to streamline and optimize how they operate.
  • Change Enablement. You know how to bring people along for the ride — communicating clearly, gathering feedback, and making automation approachable for non-technical teams.
  • Knowledge Sharing. You create reusable resources and share learnings from each automation project, contributing to a growing library of automation best practices across the company.
  • Forward-Thinking. You stay up to date with the latest developments in AI, automation, and workflow optimization — always looking for new ways to solve problems and push the boundaries of what’s possible.
