3rd Level Support Expert (f/m/d)

Your Responsibilities
Do you like to make people happy? Then this is just the position for you! As a 3rd level techincal support expert, you will hunt down bugs and issues that are encountered by our global userbase for all three of our products. Alongside our QA and CS team, you will take care of various incidences and ensure a flawless customer experience.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer support function in a SaaS company
  • Experience with incident & service management as well as payment methods or payment flow related products
  • You are familiar with Javascript and SQL. Bonus points for experience with public cloud services
  • Knowledge about Microsoft, Google, Apple and/or Atlassian tools and products, as well as generic ticketing and collaboration tools
  • Strong documentation and troubleshooting skills and a structured process-oriented thinking
  • Proactive and team-player attitude with a passion for details and quality
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills, German and any additional languages are a plus!
