1st Level Support Team Lead (f/m/d)

Your Responsibilities
As the European Challenger in workplace collaboration our ~30 million users are all close to our heart. Your job is to build excellent, long-term relationships with our customers, and to hire and train your team of customer service enthusiasts to do the same. You will plan and follow up on performance and goals together with your team and your colleagues
We're looking for someone who has a proven track record of solving complex tickets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores and improving our net promoter scores. You will work together closely with the Customer Success team, our Community Management as well as cross-departmental with our QA and Engineering teams. 
Other exciting tasks, such as delivering input for our products and features, as well as being a brand advocate for Meister will also be part of your responsibility. If helping our customers to be successful with our products and how to use them most efficiently, is what gets you out of bed in the morning – then we would love to hear from you.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in leading a support team within the sofware-as-a-service industry
  • You have an obsession with delivering exceptional customer experience, creating and implementing strategies that are backed up with metrics.
  • Experience in finding, hiring and onboarding top talent for your team
  • Experience with incident & service management 
  • Consult with customers on their needs and help them understand our products better so that they can use them most efficiently
  • Have a proactive approach and know how to delegate tasks
  • Experience with CRM and ticketing tools
  • Strong documentation and troubleshooting skills and a structured process-oriented thinking
  • Proactive and team-player attitude with a passion for details and quality
  • German and English language skills on a native level are a must, further language skills are beneficial
