Your Responsibilities

Help our team work beautifully together. In your new role as People Operations Manager, you’ll contribute to a productive working experience for our growing team of MeisterLobsters – from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between. 

Alongside the Head of People & Culture and Junior People Manager, you’ll build our People Operations team and streamline processes. You will meet all our new joiners, facilitating their onboarding process as one of their primary contacts. Your objective is to make the working lives of our team members easier by providing clear answers to administrative questions and coordinating with external stakeholders in payroll and legal. You’ll also own our technology and analytics for people operations, promoting a data-driven approach, monitoring metrics and pinpointing areas for improvement.

Requirements
  • 3+ years’ experience as a People Operations Manager or in a similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of Austrian labor legislation.
  • Accuracy and ability to process confidential data.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Deep analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and trends into key insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to build and manage models, reports, budgets, etc.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with an instinctive sense for prioritization.
  • Excellent command of German and English (written and spoken).

In deiner Rolle als People Operations Manager trägst du maßgeblich zum produktiven Arbeitserlebnis unseres wachsenden MeisterLobster-Teams bei – von Onboarding bis Offboarding und natürlich alles dazwischen.

Gemeinsam mit dem Head of People & Culture und dem Junior People Manager bildest du das People Operations Team und sorgst dafür, dass Prozesse optimiert werden. Deine Aufgabe ist, das Arbeitsleben deiner Teammitglieder einfacher zu machen, indem du ihnen Antworten auf administrative Fragen gibst und bei der Lohnverrechnung und rechtlichen Fragen mit externen Dienstleistern zusammenarbeitest. Du kümmerst dich außerdem um die Technologie und Analyse unserer People Operations, verwendest dafür einen datenbasierten Ansatz, behältst die Zahlen im Blick und erkennst Verbesserungspotenzial.

Dein Profil
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung als People Operations Manager oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Fundiertes Wissen über das österreichische Arbeitsrecht
  • Sorgfalt und die Fähigkeit, mit vertraulichen Daten zu arbeiten
  • Problemlösungs-Skills
  • Sehr gute analytische Skills, mit denen Daten und Trends in fundierte Insights und Empfehlungen übersetzt werden
  • Die Fähigkeit, Modelle, Reports, Budgets etc. zu erstellen und verwalten
  • Ausgezeichnete Organisations-Skills inkl. einem guten Instinkt für Prioritäten
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
