Help our team work beautifully together. In your new role as People Operations Manager, you’ll contribute to a productive working experience for our growing team of MeisterLobsters – from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between.
Alongside the Head of People & Culture and Junior People Manager, you’ll build our People Operations team and streamline processes. You will meet all our new joiners, facilitating their onboarding process as one of their primary contacts. Your objective is to make the working lives of our team members easier by providing clear answers to administrative questions and coordinating with external stakeholders in payroll and legal. You’ll also own our technology and analytics for people operations, promoting a data-driven approach, monitoring metrics and pinpointing areas for improvement.
